Ingredients

  • 6 tbs (85g) butter, room temp
  • 170g sifted icing sugar
  • 2 tbs double cream
  • 3/4 to 1 vanilla essence
  • drop of food colouring

Method

  • STEP 1
    In a medium bowl, combine the butter, icing sugar, cream and vanilla essence. Using an electric mixer set on low speed, beat until mixture is smooth.
  • STEP 2
    you can divide the mixture amongest bowls and put different colours in different bowls or add a drop or 2 into 1 bowl and mix.
  • STEP 3
    Use immediatly
