Ingredients

  • Tin tomatoes
  • Small onion
  • Small carrot
  • 50g lentils
  • 1 litre stock
  • Chilli flakes
  • Salt and pepper
  • Teaspoon of sugar

Method

  • STEP 1
    Fry onion and carrot for 10 mins
  • STEP 2
    Add lentils, stock and tomatoes, cook for 30 mins
  • STEP 3
    Blend
  • STEP 4
    Add natural yogurt optional
