Serves 1 - 24 Bars

As a variant on chocolate crispies, these delicious toffee marshmallow bars are easy to make and are perfect for children's parties and adults as well!

  • 100 g (4 oz) English butter
  • 100g (4 oz) Marshmallow
  • 100g (4 oz) Toffee
  • 100g (4 oz) Rice crispies


    1. Gently melt the butter, toffee and marshmallows together in a saucepan - not a small one! Boil for 1-2 minutes.
    2. Remove from the heat and fold in the rice crispies
    3. Spread on to a buttered tin or flat surface lined with baking parchment or cling film and leave to set
    4. Cut into squares.

Very tasty and enjoyable - would recommend this even if you don't have children. Can be done with cornflakes too!
