Ingredients

  • 1 pot natural yoghurt
  • 1 pot coconut or grated carrot
  • 1 pot veg oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 pots self-raising flour
  • 2 pots caster sugar

Method

  • STEP 1
    preheat the oven to 160C
  • STEP 2
    line a loaf tin with grease proof paper
  • STEP 3
    mix everything together except
  • STEP 4
    mix in the sifted self raising flour
  • STEP 5
    bake for 1h 30mins at 160C
