Ingredients

  • 3 whole chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons of turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon of chilli powder
  • 20 or so whole peppercorns
  • 2 tablespoons of Tabasco
  • a hand full of fresh coriander
  • chicken tikka spices
  • 2 full garlic cloves
  • 1 chilli with seeds red or green
  • a full yellow pepper
  • 330ml's of nautrel yogurt
  • 3 full tomato's
  • 3 tablespoons of tomato puree
  • 2 cup's of rice
  • a wedge of lemon and lime
  • tea spoon of cornflour
  • nan bread
  • lime mayonaise

Method

  • STEP 1
    rub the chicken the night before with tumeric chilli powder and pepper corn then wrap in tinfoil and leave over night in the fridge
