Ingredients
- 500 grams of Fusilli
- 1/2 lemon
- 3 Italian sausages (it does not matter what kind as long as they are good quality)
- Dried chillis
- red pesto sauce
- fresh parmasan cheese
Method
- STEP 1Grill the sausages
- STEP 2remove the skins from the grilled sausages and empty the meat into a large frying pan with a little olive oil
- STEP 3add the crushed chillis, squeeze half the lemon and x1 large table spoon of red pesto into the pan and heat
- STEP 4gently, stirring occasionally
- STEP 5cook the pasta
- STEP 6serve and sprinkle the fresh parmasan cheese ontop
- STEP 7enjoy!
