Irish cream

Creamy whisky liqueur


  • 1 cup double cream (the pouring kind)
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups Irish whiskey (supermarket brand is fine)
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup (e.g., icecream topping)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon triple sec (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
  • Milk to adjust consistency to taste (optional)


  • STEP 1
    Combine all ingredients and whisk with a hand held whisk or in a blender.
  • STEP 2
    Bottle and store in refridgerator for up to 2 months
  • STEP 3
    Shake before use
