Tapas style prawns, but with a naughty twist.

  • ½ Lemon, juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
  • 2 rashers smoked dry-cured bacon, finely chopped.
  • 100g peeled and cooked prawns
  • 50g sliced mushrooms
  • Olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste


    1. Prepare and gather the ingredients
    2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan.
    3. Add the bacon and garlic and fry for 1 min.
    4. Add the prawns, mushrooms, salt and pepper (to taste) and lemon juice and cook for 2 - 3 min.
    5. Serve with other tapas dishes and fresh Mediterranean bread.
