Ingredients
- 150g butter
- 170g dark chocolate
- 225g caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 150g self raisin flour
- 150g malteasers
Method
- STEP 1Preheat oven to 180 and grease tin
- STEP 2Melt chocolate and butter in a glass bowl over simmering water
- STEP 3Whisk together sugar and eggs pour in chocolate mixture, add flour and fold together, pour in malteasers. Pour into tin smoothing with a knife
- STEP 4Cook for 17-20 mins
