  • 4 tortilla wraps
  • 150 g feta cheese
  • a few lettuce leaves, chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • ý can pineapple
  • 4 tbs mayonaise

Method

  • step 1

    take wrap no.1 and place it in front of you, put on 1 tbs of the mayo and spread evenly.
  • step 2

    Then add the lettuce, feta, tomato and pineapple.
  • step 3

    Fold the bottom and top inwards and fold the sides overlapping each other, so you have something looking like a parcel. Secure with toothpick if needed
  • step 4

    Repeat until you have 4.
