Ingredients

1 tbsp butter
1 egg
1 tomato chopped
50g cheese
toast to serve

Method

STEP 1
melt butter in a frying pan
STEP 2
add egg tomato and cheese
STEP 3
toast bread
STEP 4
keep moving with a fish slice until egg is set
STEP 5
butter toast cut into half or quarter and put egg on top
