I added vanilla & salt, sprinkled brown sugar on top; baked it in a single tin for 25 mins at 170°C (fan oven). Lovely cake: just rich enough, fluffy and SO easy! All done in under half an hour. I don't think this is enough batter for two layers - maybe increase the quantities by half or even double them for 2 tins. the abrams 31st Jul, 2018 5.05worked when done right , cook time 25 mins at 160 c fan oven the abrams 31st Jul, 2018 5.05OK I'm back , and I apologise !
