This is a lovely banana smoothie interpretation great for mornings and kids!

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • A handful of oats.
  • A teaspoon of Honey.
  • A teaspoon of Golden Syrup.
  • A cup of Milk.
  • 1 Fabulous baking boys Flapjack.
  • A pinch of Cinnamon.

Method

  • STEP 1
    First get your Blender out.
  • STEP 2
    Put the flapjack in.
  • STEP 3
    Then the banana
  • STEP 4
    Then the oats
  • STEP 5
    Then the THen the golden syrup and the Honey.
  • STEP 6
    Then finally the milk.
  • STEP 7
    For a less thick taste replace the oats for a tiny bit more flapjack also make sure it is all in small bits.
