  • 200 g flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 100 g cold butter cut to small pieces
  • 1 beaten egg


    1. Sieve flour and add salt and sugar
    2. Add butter and use your fingertips to mix it qickly into fine lumbs
    3. Add the egg and mix well without overkneading
    4. Add flour if dough is too moist
    5. Wrap in cling foil and rest in fridge for an hour
