Fondant au Chocolat

  • 250g of chocolate
  • 100g of butter
  • 100g of sugar
  • 4 tsp of flour
  • 5 eggs


  • STEP 1
    Melt chocolate and butter together
  • STEP 2
    Add egg yolks, sugar and flour. You can also add some milk until the consistency is liquid
  • STEP 3
    Whip up eggwhites and add
  • STEP 4
    Bake for 15 min at 180 degrees.
