Fondant au Chocolat

- 250g of chocolate
- 100g of butter
- 100g of sugar
- 4 tsp of flour
- 5 eggs
- STEP 1Melt chocolate and butter together
- STEP 2Add egg yolks, sugar and flour. You can also add some milk until the consistency is liquid
- STEP 3Whip up eggwhites and add
- STEP 4Bake for 15 min at 180 degrees.
