Grindey's Ginger Biscuits

Soft ginger biscuits


  • 250g self raising flour
  • 125g margarine
  • 125g dark brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp black treacle
  • 1 tbsp golden syrup
  • 1 tsp marmalade


  • STEP 1
    Preheat the over to 180C/fan 160C/gas 4
  • STEP 2
    Mix together dry ingredients
  • STEP 3
    Add rest of ingredients and mix again
  • STEP 4
    Roll out and cut into shapes
  • STEP 5
    Bake for 10 minutes
