Hot Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- 1 large tin artichoke hearts (in water, not oil) chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic crushed
- 4oz (113g) mayonnaise
- 4oz (113g) fresh parmesan cheese
Method
- STEP 1Mix all ingredients
- STEP 2pour into ovenproof dish to bake
- STEP 315 minutes in a hot oven
- STEP 4Serve with Pumpernickel bread, tortilla chips you can even serve it with hot chips!
- STEP 5Add chopped Chillis and Tabasco to give it a kick
