Protien Balls

A high energy snack. VERY easy to prepare. Quick to make. Delicious to eat.


  • Milk powder - 125g
  • Oats - 125g
  • Peanut butter - 65g
  • Honey - 65g
  • Raisins/peanuts - 125g


  • STEP 1
    Combine all the ingredients into one large bowl and then add in the raisins/peanuts (or whatever else).
  • STEP 2
    Divide the mixture into 20 and then roll each portion into a ball.
  • STEP 3
    (If you can be bothered to wait) Place each ball onto a tray and leave it in the freezer for ten minutes or until cool and solid. Store in the fridge.
