Tuna and Parmesan Pasta

Ingredients
- Oil for cooking
- 2 peppers sliced
- 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
- 2x400g chopped tomatoes
- handful of black olives
- fresh or dried chilles
- 250g dried pasta
- 2 x 200g canned tuna
- grated parmesan
- 1 red onion sliced
Method
- STEP 1Heat oil and fry onions and peppers for 5 mins, add garlic and chillies, cook for another minute. Add tomatoes and olives and season, simmer for 10 mins. Add the tuna.
- STEP 2Cook pasta, then drain and add to tomato/tuna mixture. Pour into a dish parmesan over the top and grill till golden.
