- 300g Mackerel
- 500g cottage cheese
- The juice of 1/2 a lemon
Method
- STEP 1Put your mackerel in a bowl and with a fork mash it until it’s a form a smooth pate
- STEP 2Then add your 500g of cottage cheese and mix until nice and smooth
- STEP 3Add your lemon juice and mix one last time so it’s completely smooth then enjoy!
