Quick and easy

  • 3 handfuls of shell pasta
  • 1 carrot chopped into cubes
  • 1 courgette chopped into cubes
  • 1 handful of broccoli florrets, seperated and small
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 handfuls of grated medium strengh cheese
  • Ground black pepper


    1. Cook pasta and carrots in salted water for 7 minutes
    2. Add Broccoli and cougette and cook for a further 5
    3. Drain water and mix in butter gently
    4. Mix in grated cheese gently, spinkle pepper
    5. Serve....yum!
