Ingredients

  • 212 grammes (7.5oz) pineapple pieces
  • 5 oz (¼ pint) of the syrup from can (buy large can and only add half content)
  • ½ tbsp Cornflour
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce

Method

  • STEP 1
    Chuck it all in a pan, bring to boil, simmer for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 2
    Stir regularly to avoid lumps.
  • STEP 3
    pour over noodles or rice and enjoy
