  • 2 medium banana peeled and sliced
  • 4 cups frozen watermelon pieces seedless, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 2 cups of semi-skimmed milk

Method

  • STEP 1
    Add all the smoothie ingredients into the blender.
  • STEP 2
    Blend the smoothie until smooth
  • STEP 3
    Serve, and wash out your blender immediately to avoid sticking
