Watermelon and banana smoothie

Perfect for summer
- 2 medium banana peeled and sliced
- 4 cups frozen watermelon pieces seedless, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 2 cups of semi-skimmed milk
- STEP 1Add all the smoothie ingredients into the blender.
- STEP 2Blend the smoothie until smooth
- STEP 3Serve, and wash out your blender immediately to avoid sticking
