Home-made chocolate liquor

  • 750ml Vodka or spirit of choice
  • 1x 500ml Cream
  • 1x 300ml Condensed Milk
  • 1x 2litre Milk
  • 1x Slab of Chocolate of your choice


    1. Melt chocolate with 300ml of milk till smooth, then remove chocolate and milk from heat.
    2. Add Condensed Milk to Chocolate and Milk mixture. Whilst mixing in Condensed Milk, add half the Vodka, then the Cream.
    3. Use left over Milk and alcohol to make stronger or weaker.
    4. Pour into bottles and leave to chill.

This sounds fab - am definitely considering making it for Christmas presents but wondered if anyone knew how long it would last and whether iit would need to be refrigerated.....

instead of melting the chocolate with the milk. bring the milk to the boil and add the chocolate then simmer
