Ingredients
Smoothie Mix
- Banana
- Mango 40g dried or 80g fresh
- porridge oats 1tbsp
- Milk 170ml (almond or regular)
Chai
- Banana
- Mango 40g dried or 80g fresh
- porridge oats 1tbsp
- Milk 170ml (almond or regular)
- Chai teabag or chai power spices
- Boiled water 100ml
Method
- STEP 1Boil water in kettle. Add 100ml of water to chai teabag/spices and leave to brew, as per type of tea used.
- STEP 2Put smoothie mix into a liquidiser and blend until smooth.
- STEP 3Pour blended smoothie mix into cups and add brewed chai as desired.
- STEP 4Optional: Add extra water/milk for a thinner drink. Add honey for extra sweetness.
