Smoothie Mix

  • Banana
  • Mango 40g dried or 80g fresh
  • porridge oats 1tbsp
  • Milk 170ml (almond or regular)

  • Banana

  • Milk 170ml (almond or regular)
  • Chai teabag or chai power spices
  • Boiled water 100ml

    Method

    • step 1

      Boil water in kettle. Add 100ml of water to chai teabag/spices and leave to brew, as per type of tea used.
    • step 2

      Put smoothie mix into a liquidiser and blend until smooth.
    • step 3

      Pour blended smoothie mix into cups and add brewed chai as desired.
    • step 4

      Optional: Add extra water/milk for a thinner drink. Add honey for extra sweetness.
