Minted Onion Rings

Great with BBQ's as a side dish. Quick, easy, and liked by people who dont like onions.


  • 1 Large Onion, peeled and cut into rings.
  • 1 Large tbsp Mayonaise
  • 2 tsp Mint Sauce


  • STEP 1
    Break the sliced onion into rings in a large bow.
  • STEP 2
    Add other ingredients.
  • STEP 3
    Toss together gently so the rings do not break.
  • STEP 4
    Serve in a bowl as a side salad.
