- 150g Caster Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 150 Self raising flour
Filling:
- 3 Tablespoons with jam
Method
step 1
Light oven to 190 degrees C, gas mark 5,step 2
Line two tins with baking parchmentstep 3
Cream together margerine and sugarstep 4
Gradually eggsstep 5
Fold in flour, Divide mixture evenly between the two cake tinsstep 6
Cook for 20-25 minutes, remove cakes from tinstep 7
Sandwich together with jam
