Bases:
- 150g Margerine,
- 150g Caster Sugar,
- 3 Eggs,
- 150 Self raising flour
Filling:
- 3 Tablespoons with jam
Method
- STEP 1Light oven to 190 degrees C, gas mark 5,
- STEP 2Line two tins with baking parchment
- STEP 3Cream together margerine and sugar
- STEP 4Gradually eggs
- STEP 5Fold in flour, Divide mixture evenly between the two cake tins
- STEP 6Cook for 20-25 minutes, remove cakes from tin
- STEP 7Sandwich together with jam
