Ingredients

Bases:

  • 150g Margerine,
  • 150g Caster Sugar,
  • 3 Eggs,
  • 150 Self raising flour

Filling:

  • 3 Tablespoons with jam

Method

  • STEP 1
    Light oven to 190 degrees C, gas mark 5,
  • STEP 2
    Line two tins with baking parchment
  • STEP 3
    Cream together margerine and sugar
  • STEP 4
    Gradually eggs
  • STEP 5
    Fold in flour, Divide mixture evenly between the two cake tins
  • STEP 6
    Cook for 20-25 minutes, remove cakes from tin
  • STEP 7
    Sandwich together with jam
