- STEP 1
Boil 25g of the butter, mix with flour and sugar. Mix the remaining butter with the eggs, toffee, milk and lemon peel then cook for 15-25 minutes.

For the marzipan frosting, mix all the ingredients together and por on the cake.

For the Lemon sprinkles, mix lemon peel and flesh with icing sugar. Dust with flour and leave to cool
