  • 500g Digestive Biscuits
  • 150g Butter
  • 375ml Condensed Milk
  • 250g Caster Sugur
  • 100ml Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence

    Method

    • step 1

      Smash the biscuit up into similar size pieces-small
    • step 2

      Heat the Butter in a Saucepan when it boils put in the Caster sugar and condensed milk
    • step 3

      stir in the biscuits and then add the milk
    • step 4

      Add Vanilla Essence
    • step 5

      Pack into tin-muke sure it is compressed

    Just tried this - I am not sure that it is going to set! Should it really have the 100ml of milk as well as the condensed milk? I am thinking that if I make it again I will leave it out.
