• 8 rashers of bacon (whichever you prefer)
  • 6 handfuls of pasta shells (i use gluten free)
  • 1 small tub double cream
  • 1 jar of pasta sauce (use your favourite)
  • 300grms grated cheddar cheese


  • STEP 1
    cook the pasta shells and place into an oven proof dish
  • STEP 2
    grill the bacon, chop into bitesized pieces and add to the pasta
  • STEP 3
    heat the cream in a pan add a third of the cheese and pepper to taste when all the sauce is smooth add to the pasta and bacon and mix
  • STEP 4
    spoon over the tomatoe pasta sauce until the top of the pasta is covered
  • STEP 5
    add the rest of the grated cheese and bake at 200 for 40 mins
