Ingredients
- 8 rashers of bacon (whichever you prefer)
- 6 handfuls of pasta shells (i use gluten free)
- 1 small tub double cream
- 1 jar of pasta sauce (use your favourite)
- 300grms grated cheddar cheese
Method
- STEP 1cook the pasta shells and place into an oven proof dish
- STEP 2grill the bacon, chop into bitesized pieces and add to the pasta
- STEP 3heat the cream in a pan add a third of the cheese and pepper to taste when all the sauce is smooth add to the pasta and bacon and mix
- STEP 4spoon over the tomatoe pasta sauce until the top of the pasta is covered
- STEP 5add the rest of the grated cheese and bake at 200 for 40 mins
