- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 soup spoons flaxseed
- 1 1/2 soup spoons chia seeds
- 2 handfuls frozen blueberries
- 1 banana
- Strawberries, rasperries, blueberries, extra banana to go on top
- Granola of choice
- STEP 1Add all ingredients (- granola) to blender and blend until smooth. If your blender has a smoothie setting, use it!
- STEP 2Add granola to bowl and pour smoothie on top. Finish with fruit on top.
