Smoothie bowl

A perfect summer breakfast or lunch which packs in a lot of fruit. & it's completely vegan !!


  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 soup spoons flaxseed
  • 1 1/2 soup spoons chia seeds
  • 2 handfuls frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • Strawberries, rasperries, blueberries, extra banana to go on top
  • Granola of choice


  • STEP 1
    Add all ingredients (- granola) to blender and blend until smooth. If your blender has a smoothie setting, use it!
  • STEP 2
    Add granola to bowl and pour smoothie on top. Finish with fruit on top.
