A perfect summer breakfast or lunch which packs in a lot of fruit. & it's completely vegan !!

- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 soup spoons flaxseed
- 1 1/2 soup spoons chia seeds
- 2 handfuls frozen blueberries
- 1 banana
- Strawberries, rasperries, blueberries, extra banana to go on top
- Granola of choice
Method
step 1
Add all ingredients (- granola) to blender and blend until smooth. If your blender has a smoothie setting, use it!step 2
Add granola to bowl and pour smoothie on top. Finish with fruit on top.
