  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 4 mushed bananas(you can add an extra one for decoration at the end)
  • 1.5 cups of porridge oats
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 crumbled digestives/ biscuits

    Method

    • step 1

      Preheat oven to 350℉
    • step 2

      Pour oats, baking soda and crumbled digestives into a mixing bowl
    • step 3

      Crack in the eggs and add the honey. Whisk together thouroughly
    • step 4

      grease a cake tin with oil and pour in the mixture
    • step 5

      if you are using chopped bananas add on top decorate the cake with them
    • step 6

      heat in the oven for 33 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
