Ingredients
- 1 little gem lettuce, cut length ways
- 15 grapes, cut in half
- 1 stick of celery, diced
- 1 red apple, diced
- 2 tbsp creme fraiche
- 1 tbsp low fat mayonnaise
- 1 pear, peeled and sliced
- Handful of walnuts, chopped
- Lemon juice from half a lemon
- 30g MU Mature Lighter Cheddar
Method
- STEP 1Mix the creme fraiche, mayo and lemon juice together
- STEP 2Mix all the other ingredients together in a bowl and toss the dressing through
- STEP 3Place into a serving plate and shave the MU Cheddar over the salad
