Ingredients

  • medium egg noodles
  • 150g beansprouts
  • shelled and cooked prawns
  • 2 tbsp dark soy sauce

Method

  • STEP 1
    put the noodles in boiling water then reduce the heat and simmer for 10mins
  • STEP 2
    heat oil in a frying pan, cook prawn for 2 mins then add noodles and beansprouts.
  • STEP 3
    add soy sauce and cook for a further minute
  • STEP 4
    serve and enjoy!!
