Quick and delicious breakfast smoothie


  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 medium frozen banana
  • 3/4 cup low-fat milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence


  • STEP 1
    Break frozen bananas into pieces and add to blender
  • STEP 2
    Add vanilla essence, peanut butter, milk and blend together until smooth
