  • 100g/4oz watercress,rocket and spinach salad leaves
  • 50g/2oz walnut pieces toasted
  • 4 slices Parma ham torn
  • 50g/2oz Dolcelatte cheese cubed
  • 200g/7oz Capri strawberries rinsed hulled and halved
  • 1tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1tbsp honey


  1. Divide the watercress rocket and spinach leaves between two plates then scatter over walnuts Parma ham cheese and strawberries

  2. Whisk together the balsamic vinegar,oil and honey and drizzle over salad Toss gently to coat. Serve immediately
