Ingredients

  • 250g cheddar cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1kg pork mince
  • 2tbsp chopped onion
  • 500g lean beef mince

Method

  • STEP 1
    Pre-heat oven to 175C. Combine all ingredients and pepper to taste in a bowl, and mix thoroughly.
  • STEP 2
    Roll into 1 1/2" balls and place onto a cooking sheet. Bake for 18-20mins.
  • STEP 3
    Note: Freezes well
