Pork and beef meatballs, perfect for a meaty breakfast.

- 250g cheddar cheese
- 3 large eggs
- 1kg pork mince
- 2tbsp chopped onion
- 500g lean beef mince
Method
step 1
Pre-heat oven to 175C. Combine all ingredients and pepper to taste in a bowl, and mix thoroughly.step 2
Roll into 1 1/2" balls and place onto a cooking sheet. Bake for 18-20mins.step 3
