Poached salmon with boiled potatoes, wilted pak choi, chilli and spring onion.

Boil the potatoes - enough for 2 peoplestep 2
Whilst the potatoes are boiling cover the salmon with water and poachstep 3
Steam pak choi over the potatoesstep 4
Combine and add finely chopped chilli and spring onions
