Poached Salmon Salad

Poached salmon with boiled potatoes, wilted pak choi, chilli and spring onion.
- Salmon portion
- New potatoes
- Pak choi
- Fresh chilli
- spring onions
- STEP 1Boil the potatoes - enough for 2 people
- STEP 2Whilst the potatoes are boiling cover the salmon with water and poach
- STEP 3Steam pak choi over the potatoes
- STEP 4Combine and add finely chopped chilli and spring onions
