Redcurrant & Mint Sauce

Delicious sauce that is a great accompaniment to lamb and ready in no time at all.
- 4 tbsp redurrent jelly
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice
- 3 tbsp fresh mint
- STEP 1Mix all ingredients together and place in a small serving dish. Cover with foil and leave for 30 minutes at room temperature for the flavours to develop.
