- 200g icing sugar
- 100g unsalted butter
- a drop of vanilla extract
- food colouring (Optional)
- STEP 1Cream all the ingredients together in a bowl and beat with an eletric hand mixer.
- STEP 2Spoon into a piping bag and decorate cupcakes!
