- 4 eggs
- 200g of flour
- 2L of milk
- 50g of sugar
- STEP 1measuring the ingredients with the measuring jug.
- STEP 2break 4 eggs in a bowl with flour and whisk with milk ,put the sugar.
- STEP 3when the preparation is liquid,put then in the frying panwith ladle at 160 degrees.After 3-4 mimutes return the pancakes with fish slice.
- STEP 4After 3-4 minutes take of the pancakes in a plate.you can eat the pancakes!!
