    Method

    • step 1

      Wash the potatoes and drain in a colander.
    • step 2

      With a peeler, remove the skin of the potatoes.
    • step 3

      Cut the potatoes with a knife.
    • step 4

      Put the potatoes in a frying pan.
    • step 5

      Pour the oil in a measuring jug (100 mL) and in the end, heat the oil on the potatoes in the frying pan.
    • step 6

      Enjoy your chips ! ☺
