Ingredients

Cake

  • 1.5 tablespoons sugar
  • 0.5 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 1.5 tablespoons butter
  • Chocolate sweets or chips ( m & m, smarties, etc. )
  • 2 tablespoons flour

Topping

  • 1.5 tablespoons sugar
  • 0.5 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 1.5 tablespoons butter
  • Chocolate sweets or chips ( m & m, smarties, etc. )
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • Chocolate spread
  • Ice cream

Method

  • STEP 1
    Put the butter into a 350ml microwave-save mug and microwave for about 20 seconds or until it has fully melted.
  • STEP 2
    Mix the flour, sugar, Cocoa, and chocolate into the butter and mix until well combined. If the mixture is too runny, add mor flour. If it too stiff, and a little splash of milk.
  • STEP 3
    Microwave at 900 watts for roughly 1 minuet , though this may vary from 45 seconds to 1 min 30 secs depending on the power of the microwave.
  • STEP 4
    Leave to cool for 2 mins, then top with you choice of ice cream and spreads and enjoy!
