Light grape desert, creamy. Easy to make

  • 300 ml double cream
  • 150 ml plain yoghurt
  • 3tbsp brown sugar
  • 3tbsp rum or brandy (optional)
  • 500g seedless grapes


    1. Mix rum, sugar and yoghurt together
    2. Whip cream until stiff
    3. Fold cream into yoghurt mix
    4. Fold in grapes
