Ingredients
- 300 ml double cream
- 150 ml plain yoghurt
- 3tbsp brown sugar
- 3tbsp rum or brandy (optional)
- 500g seedless grapes
Method
- STEP 1Mix rum, sugar and yoghurt together
- STEP 2Whip cream until stiff
- STEP 3Fold cream into yoghurt mix
- STEP 4Fold in grapes
