Ingredients

  • 300 ml double cream
  • 150 ml plain yoghurt
  • 3tbsp brown sugar
  • 3tbsp rum or brandy (optional)
  • 500g seedless grapes

Method

  • STEP 1
    Mix rum, sugar and yoghurt together
  • STEP 2
    Whip cream until stiff
  • STEP 3
    Fold cream into yoghurt mix
  • STEP 4
    Fold in grapes
