  • Dark chocolate (>75%) 100 grams
  • Cocoa powder (good quality) 45 grams
  • Vanilla extract 1 tsp
  • a pinch of salt
  • Water 200 ml

    Method

    • step 1

      Melt all the the ingredients over a low heat with a spatula. The consistency should be runny, add milk of choice to complete your chocolate milk. Ratio about 1 part base, 2 parts milk
