Ingredients
- Sugar 55 grams
- Dark chocolate (>75%) 100 grams
- Cocoa powder (good quality) 45 grams
- Vanilla extract 1 tsp
- a pinch of salt
- Water 200 ml
Method
- STEP 1Melt all the the ingredients over a low heat with a spatula. The consistency should be runny, add milk of choice to complete your chocolate milk. Ratio about 1 part base, 2 parts milk
