Ingredients
For Making Flour For Bread
- 1 cup Brown rice flour
- 1 cup White rice flour
- 1 cup Tapioca flour
- 1 cup Sweet rice flour
- 1 cup Sorghum flour
- 2 tbsp Xanthan gum
For Making Bread
- 1 cup Brown rice flour
- 1 cup White rice flour
- 1 cup Tapioca flour
- 1 cup Sweet rice flour
- 1 cup Sorghum flour
- 2 tbsp Xanthan gum
- 2 ½ Cup bread mix
- 1 ¼ Cup warm milk
- ¼ Cup honey
- 2 ½ tbsp Yeast
- 1 tbsp Salt
- ½ tbsp Apple cide vinegar
- ¼ Cup melted butter
- 1 tbsp Baking powder
- ¼ Cup ground flaxseed meal
- 1 tbsp Flax seeds
- 2 Beaten egg whites
- 1 tbsp Xanthan gum
Method
- STEP 1Take a container and then take yeast and honey and pour the warm milk. (¼ Cup).
- STEP 2Mix the batter and let it sit aside for 5 mins. After being formed, the yeast is active and good to use. If you see nothing even after 5-7 mins, change the yeast. Or try to put more warm milk. This is an important step. Be sure that froth is been formed.
- STEP 3Now take another vessel and add flour, salt, baking powder, xanthum gum, flax seeds, flaxseed meal, and apple cider.
- STEP 4Add the rest milk and add egg whites and butter. Mix them well. The batter would become sticky.
- STEP 5After mixing it well, transfer the batter to a lined bread baking tray.
- STEP 6Cover the batter with a wet cloth and then leave for an hour to rise in the warn corner.
- STEP 7After an hour the batter will rise up. Preheat the oven to 18c and bake it for an hour.
- STEP 8Take it out from the oven and them from the bread container.
- STEP 9Now put the bread again the oven so that the bread is cooked from the other side too
- STEP 10Just bake it for 10 minutes. Take out the bread and let it rest for 10 mins or more.
- STEP 11Cut the bread after it cools down.
- STEP 12Toast it and enjoy the gluten-free bread.
