- STEP 1
Take a container and then take yeast and honey and pour the warm milk. (¼ Cup).

Mix the batter and let it sit aside for 5 mins. After being formed, the yeast is active and good to use. If you see nothing even after 5-7 mins, change the yeast. Or try to put more warm milk. This is an important step. Be sure that froth is been formed.

Now take another vessel and add flour, salt, baking powder, xanthum gum, flax seeds, flaxseed meal, and apple cider.

Add the rest milk and add egg whites and butter. Mix them well. The batter would become sticky.
- STEP 5
After mixing it well, transfer the batter to a lined bread baking tray.
- STEP 6
Cover the batter with a wet cloth and then leave for an hour to rise in the warn corner.
- STEP 7
After an hour the batter will rise up. Preheat the oven to 18c and bake it for an hour.
- STEP 8
Take it out from the oven and them from the bread container.
- STEP 9
Now put the bread again the oven so that the bread is cooked from the other side too
- STEP 10
Just bake it for 10 minutes. Take out the bread and let it rest for 10 mins or more.

Cut the bread after it cools down.

Toast it and enjoy the gluten-free bread.
