  • 2 tbsp peanut butter, crunchy or smooth
  • 1 medium egg
  • Any topping of choice

    Method

    • step 1

      Place 2 tbsps of your chosen peanut butter into a bowl
    • step 2

      Crack in 1 egg
    • step 3

      Mix well until the ingredients are combined into a runny batter
    • step 4

      Preheat a frying pan, no oil
    • step 5

      Tip your batter into the hot pan allowing the edges to brown and raise away from the pan slightly, flip and repeat just like a normal pancake
    • step 6

      Serve immediately with any extra toppings, raspberries or bananas recommended
