The syllabubs are light glasses of cream aromatized with rose water and orange blossom water, among other ingredients. Ideal for this festivities, especially when the lunches are elaborate and we don't want to work too much to prepare a dessert.

- 250 ml whipping cream
- juice from 1 orange
- juice from 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon rose water
- 1 tablespoon orange blossom water
- Cointreau
- 2 tablespoons icing sugar
Method

Whip all the ingredients. Spoon the mixture into glasses. Sprinkle with pistachios and edible flowers
