Ingredients

  • 125g sugar
  • 250g flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg

Method

  • STEP 1
    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • STEP 2
    Put the dough covered up in the fridge and let it cool for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 3
    cover your workbench with flour and roll out the dough. It should be around 5mm thick. Cut out the cookies and lay them on a baking tray. This should make about 70 cookies.
  • STEP 4
    Put them in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 180°/fan. take them out to cool down. ENJOY!
