Healthy sugar free, low carb chocolate cakes


  • 2 scoops vegan protein powder (awesome supplements, vanilla) [scoop that comes in tub]
  • 1 and half large scoops cocoa powder (dutch pressed is best)
  • stevia - truvia is best (approx 1-2tbs)
  • baking powder about 2 tsp
  • seeds/granola/nuts other add ins of choice
  • 2 large scoops warm tap water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 capful vanilla essence


  • STEP 1
    Preheat oven to 200.
  • STEP 2
    Mix all dry ingredients
  • STEP 3
    Mix in wet ingredients
  • STEP 4
    into silicon tray
  • STEP 5
    bake for 15-20 mins
